WEBINAR

Leveraging STIR/SHAKEN for Strong Call Authentication

Trust in voice communications requires more than just checking one box.

While STIR/SHAKEN has laid essential groundwork in authenticating caller identity, fraudsters continue to evolve—exploiting spoofing, deepfakes, and social engineering tactics to target enterprises and their customers. In the contact center alone, fraud attempts have doubled since 2021, with some industries now facing shocking rates of fraudulent calls.

In this webinar, we are joined by Bryce McWhorter, VP of Authentication at Pindrop. Together, we dig deeper into how enterprises can layer data points, such as ANI Validation and STIR/SHAKEN, to enhance their call authentication processes and build truly trusted calling experiences.

  • Emerging fraud trends targeting the voice channel, including AI-driven attacks and the return of “old-school” spoofing
  • Why STIR/SHAKEN transmission rates vary across carriers, and how Bandwidth’s all-IP network sets a higher bar
  • How Bandwidth’s partnerships with leaders like Pindrop enable enterprises to pair secure inbound authentication with seamless customer experiences
