Where to find Synthi in the Bandwidth App

The next time you log into the Bandwidth App, look to the right; there’s a new tab labeled “support.” That’s your gateway to Synthi.

Soon, you’ll also see Synthi sitting front and center on our updated Help Center homepage, ready to assist without needing to open the app.

If you’re already logged into Bandwidth, Synthi recognizes you automatically. If not, it will guide you through login or a quick email verification so you can get help right away. We designed Synthi to meet you where you work, keep you moving, and make getting help feel truly effortless.
