Please refer to the “Services Ordered” detail of your Order Form to determine which of the following Product Terms apply to your use of the Services. If you have any questions, please contact your Bandwidth Support Team.

For Order Forms executed on or after January 31, 2025, if your underlying Services Agreement expressly authorizes you to use the Services solely for your own internal business purposes, then the following Product Terms apply:

  • Outbound Calling – Last Updated July 2025
  • Inbound Calling – Last Updated July 2025
  • Emergency Services – Last Updated January 2025
  • Messaging – Last Updated November 2025
  • International Services – Last Updated January 2025

For Order Forms executed on or after January 31, 2025, if your underlying Services Agreement expressly authorizes you to resell the Services, then the following Product Terms apply:

  • Reseller Outbound Calling – Last Updated July 2025
  • Reseller Inbound Calling – Last Updated July 2025
  • Reseller Emergency Services – Last Updated January 2025
  • Reseller Unified Communications – Last Updated September 2022
  • Reseller Messaging – Last November July 2025
  • International Services – Last Updated May 2023

*Please refer to your Rate Sheet and/or applicable Product Terms to determine if the above default rates apply to your use of the Services.

Billing Increments

  • Default Inbound Calling Billing Increments
  • Default Outbound Calling Billing Increments for all “GVA” rate decks*
  • Default Outbound Calling Billing Increments for all other rate decks*
