For Order Forms executed on or after March 12, 2024, if your underlying Services Agreement expressly authorizes you to use the Services solely for your own internal business purposes, then the following Supplemental Legal Terms apply:

  • Outbound Calling – Last Updated March 2024
  • Inbound Calling – Last Updated March 2024
  • Emergency Services – Last Updated June 2024
  • WebRTC– Last Updated February 2023

For Order Forms executed on or after March 12, 2024, if your underlying Services Agreement expressly authorizes you to resell the Services, then the following Supplemental Legal Terms apply:

  • Reseller Emergency Services – Last Updated June 2024
  • Reseller Unified Communications – Last Updated April 2023
  • Reseller Inbound Calling – Last Updated March 2024
  • Reseller Outbound Calling – Last Updated March 2024
  • Reseller WebRTC – Last Updated April 2023

Pre-existing Terms

For Order Forms executed on or after February 15, 2023, but before March 12, 2024, if your underlying Services Agreement expressly authorizes you to use the Services solely for your own internal business purposes, then the following Supplemental Legal Terms apply:
