Bandwidth IVR is now in beta on the Universal Platform

Bandwidth IVR is now available in limited beta. This network-based Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system runs directly on Bandwidth’s owned and operated network, so you get reliable call handling without managing separate infrastructure.

Your team can build and update call flows in a visual editor, which makes it easy to design caller experiences and adjust them as your needs change. Native integration with Maestro™ connects your IVR call flows to the rest of your voice workflows in one place.

In Q1 2027, we’ll release a version fully integrated into the Bandwidth App. That gives you a single home for IVR alongside your other Bandwidth services.
