Call Ladders give you a visual, step-by-step view of SIP signaling for any individual call — so you can see exactly where in the call flow something went wrong. PCAPs (packet captures) let you download the raw network traffic for that call and inspect it in your tool of choice. Together, they put the diagnostic power your engineers need directly in the portal — no support ticket required.
