Identity Authentication API – Beta

Bandwidth has introduced Identity Authentication API, a pre-call API that gives enterprises verified control over how their outbound calls are identified to consumers. By authenticating call origins in the call flow before delivery, it prevents unauthorized brand display on mobile screens and restores consumer confidence in calls from your organization — directly improving answer rates and reducing reputational risk from spoofing.
