Voice Gather for Voice API (EA)

The voice GATHER feature allows our customers to build out voice solutions that listen for a response when a user is prompted to speak (e.g. “Say 1 to be routed to customer service, say 2 to be routed to sales”). This enables voice-centric interactions, like streamlined IVRs, to create more natural, self‑service experiences.
