As the Product Manager for our Developer Experience team, Michaela Kotarba is shaping API-first development and AI-driven solutions at Bandwidth. She holds a degree in Computer Science and Psychology from Duke University, where she co-authored two publications on health behavior. Michaela began her career as a full-stack software engineer before transitioning into product management. She led the launch of Bandwidth’s MCP Server package in September and is excited to continue her work at the intersection of human experience and agentic innovation.

Currently the Director of Product Management of AI/ML at Bandwidth, Doug Armstrong has decades of experience as a software engineer, solutions architect and leading global pre-sales and consulting engagements.
