Navigating the 2025 STIR / SHAKEN updates for Third Party Authentication
In recent years, robocalling and fraudulent spoofed calls have surged, costing consumers billions and undermining trust in phone communications. Bad actors exploit gaps in call authentication to mask their identities and deceive recipients, often impersonating legitimate businesses, government agencies, or financial institutions.
As regulations evolve to mitigate ever-changing fraud tactics, staying ahead of regulatory updates is critical for voice providers, not just for compliance but also to continue protecting brand integrity and customer relationships.
In this webinar, we are joined by iconectiv to walk you through the FCC’s latest 2025 updates to the STIR/SHAKEN framework–the Third-Party Authentication Order.
- What the Third-Party Authentication Order entails
- How you can participate in the STIR/SHAKEN ecosystem
