Jim, with over 30 years of experience, is an expert in the telecom industry. At Bandwidth, Jim leads the team that delivers Bandwidth’s outbound voice services. He owns the P&L for Bandwidth’s global outbound voice. He is responsible for all aspects of the outbound product which spans worldwide reach. Jim is a veteran of the telecom industry, having previously worked with key global telecom players. 

Paige Madtes: Sr. Solutions Marketer, Bandwidth 

At Bandwidth, Paige drives go-to-market strategy with the mission to help UCaaS, CCaaS, Resellers and partners build exceptional communications to  deliver the best customer and employee experiences possible. As someone who is embedded within Bandwidth’s global product & revenue teams, she has helped launch numerous products to help businesses of all shapes and sizes future proof, scale, and modernize their comms stack.
